phmery Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "phmery," "we," "us," or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at phmery.vip, including all associated services, products, and features.
• "Player," "you," or "User" refers to any individual who registers an account on phmery or accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration and verification process.
• "Wallet" or "Player Wallet" means the virtual currency balance held within a Player's phmery Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Games" refers to all casino games, slot machines, live dealer tables, bingo rooms, and any other wagering products available on the phmery Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a phmery promotion.
• "Real Money Funds" means actual PHP deposits made by a Player via a supported payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion's terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required of all phmery Players before Real Money transactions are enabled.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body that licenses and oversees phmery's operations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdictions" means any country, territory, or region in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.

By accessing phmery, creating an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional activity on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with phmery's Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the phmery Platform and must refrain from registering an Account or depositing funds.

phmery reserves the right to update these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 14 (Amendments). Continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to phmery is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, consistent with the minimum gambling age established under PAGCOR regulations for online gaming in the Philippines. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

phmery's services are directed at residents of the Republic of the Philippines. You must not access or use phmery from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your access to and use of phmery complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

To register an Account on phmery, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, and valid mobile number. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.

Each individual may maintain only one (1) phmery Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated Accounts being suspended and funds frozen pending investigation.

phmery requires all Players to complete KYC verification before Real Money deposits, withdrawals, or bonus redemptions are processed. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document and may include proof of address and source of funds documentation. phmery reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phmery Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. phmery will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat. You must notify phmery support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

All activity conducted through your phmery Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. phmery is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where phmery has acted in good faith based on valid credentials being provided.

An Account is deemed inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. phmery reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of up to five hundred Philippine Peso (₱500) per month to inactive Accounts following written notice to the Player's registered email address. Players may reactivate their Account at any time by logging in and contacting phmery support.

You may close your phmery Account at any time by contacting phmery support. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method after deduction of any applicable charges. Bonus Funds balances are non-refundable upon voluntary Account closure unless otherwise required by applicable law.

phmery currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as indicated in the Platform's payment section. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). phmery does not accept cash deposits or withdrawals.

The minimum deposit amount on phmery is one hundred Philippine Peso (₱100). Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and Account KYC status. Current limits are displayed in the Player's Wallet section at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are generally processed within thirty (30) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) banking days. phmery reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly for withdrawals that trigger anti-money laundering thresholds.

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. phmery will not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts. Any attempt to use third-party payment methods may result in Account suspension and reporting to PAGCOR.

All phmery bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and any other promotional incentives are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters relating to that promotion only.

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum odds for sports betting bonuses, and time limits are specified in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time limit will result in the forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds.

phmery reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if phmery determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms with low risk, or colluding with other Players in connection with bonus funds.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional offers on phmery are available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. phmery reserves the right to limit promotion eligibility based on these parameters.

All casino games and slot machines available on phmery use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer card dealing and dice outcomes. Game outcomes are determined independently of bet placement and are not influenced by phmery, the game provider, or any external party. phmery's RNG-based games are certified by independent testing laboratories.

A bet is only valid and binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by phmery's system, as evidenced by a transaction record in the Player's Account history. phmery reserves the right to void bets placed after a game event has started, where a technical error has occurred affecting bet odds or game configuration, or where a bet has been placed in violation of these Terms.

Each game on phmery has minimum and maximum bet limits displayed within the game interface prior to play. These limits may vary by game, by table, and by Player Account tier. phmery reserves the right to amend bet limits at any time.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure during the course of a game or bet, phmery reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the corresponding stake to the Player's Wallet. phmery's liability in such circumstances is limited to the return of the original stake amount. Claims arising from alleged technical errors must be submitted to phmery support within forty-eight (48) hours of the relevant event.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phmery and will result in Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities as applicable:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or making fraudulent chargebacks.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one phmery Account, whether under the same or different identity information.
• Money Laundering: Using phmery to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing their origin in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other multiplayer game format on phmery.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or otherwise interact with phmery games without human input.
• System Exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in phmery's platform to gain an advantage. Any such bugs must be reported to [email protected] immediately upon discovery.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or using phmery by any person under the age of 21, or facilitating access by underage persons.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any other person to access, use, or operate your phmery Account, or operating an Account on behalf of another individual.

phmery is committed to promoting responsible gambling and complies with all PAGCOR requirements relating to responsible gaming standards for licensed online gaming operators in the Philippines.

phmery provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players at no cost, accessible through your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control spending.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts and automatic logouts after specified play durations.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend Account access for a defined period (24 hours to 90 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from all phmery services. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the selected exclusion period.

You agree to use phmery's services for entertainment purposes only. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and that phmery does not guarantee any winnings. You are solely responsible for monitoring your own gambling activity and making use of the responsible gaming tools made available to you.

All content on the phmery Platform, including but not limited to the phmery brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and all other intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to phmery and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the phmery Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any phmery content without prior written consent.

Game titles, graphics, and software available on phmery remain the intellectual property of their respective game providers (including JILI Games, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and other studio partners) and are used by phmery under valid licensing agreements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phmery's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the phmery Platform, or any phmery service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their phmery Account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phmery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or losses arising from the interruption of gaming services, regardless of the theory of liability and whether or not phmery has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

phmery does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, system upgrades, and external technical factors may temporarily affect Platform availability. phmery will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where reasonably practicable.

phmery collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and phmery's Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phmery will not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with regulatory authorities including PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and law enforcement agencies where phmery is legally required to do so.

If you have a complaint relating to your phmery Account, a game outcome, a transaction, or any other aspect of phmery's services, you must first submit your complaint to phmery's customer support team via the live chat feature in your Account dashboard or by email to [email protected]. phmery will acknowledge your complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and provide a substantive response within seven (7) business days.

If you are not satisfied with phmery's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR as the regulatory authority overseeing phmery's license. PAGCOR's complaints procedures are available through official PAGCOR channels.

All disputes shall first be subject to phmery's internal complaints procedure. Where disputes cannot be resolved internally and escalation to PAGCOR does not result in a resolution, disputes shall be subject to arbitration in accordance with Philippine law.

phmery reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phmery will provide notice to Players via the email address registered to their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the changes, except where immediate changes are required by law, regulatory directive, or security considerations.

Your continued use of the phmery Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 4.4.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Republic Act No. 9487 (PAGCOR Charter), Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act), and Republic Act No. 9160 as amended (Anti-Money Laundering Act), without regard to conflicts of law principles.

phmery operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is subject to PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction for all matters relating to the operation of online gaming services.

Any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms that are not resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 13 shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
